Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level attorney with up to 2 years of experience to advance their career in a firm with growth opportunities. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a variety of legal practice areas and work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative setting.

• Immigration
• Disability
• Workers' Compensation
• Familyl Law
• Accidents
• Criminal Law
• Personal Injury

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal representation and counsel across multiple practice areas.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft detailed documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage cases efficiently and interact with clients to address their needs.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal issues and strategies.
• Represent clients in court, during mediations, and in negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in various legal disciplines.
• Bilingual - English/Spanish
